Varsity vs BRONSON JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL (7 - 2) Win Miller Puts On Strong Contact Performance As Maple Valley Varsity Lions Take The Win Over Bronson April 7, 2026 vs. Bronson Miller collected three hits in four at bats, as Maple Valley Varsity Lions defeated Bronson 7-2 on Tuesday. Miller singled in the sixth inning, singled in the fourth inning, and singled in the seventh inning. Maple Valley Varsity Lions got on the board in the fourth inning after Miller singled, scoring one run. Stukey singled to center field, which helped Bronson tie the game at one in the bottom of the fifth. The starting pitcher surrendered six hits and six runs (three earned) over five and one-third innings, striking out seven and walking one. McDonald pitched one and one-third innings of scoreless ball for Maple Valley Varsity Lions in relief. The hurler allowed one hit, striking out one and walking two. Maple Valley Varsity Lions amassed nine hits in the game. Stukey led Bronson with one run batted in. The number three hitter went 1-for-3 on the day. Fair, Stukey, and Byler each collected one hit for Bronson. Wotta paced Bronson with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, amassing six walks for the game. Byler stole two bases.
